Beautiful reproduction of a Viking helmet the lower the gauge number the thicker the steel. 16 and 18 gauge helms are toys. Ours at full size for even a large head and 14 Gauge is indeed not a toy. The stand makes a nice addition sold separately.

The helmet matches exactly what the picture shows and fits well on my head with a cheap arming cap. The 14 gauge steel is very nice. You can really feel the difference between this helmet and the much more common 18 gauge steel helmets that are sold on this site. Im excited to use this.

This helmet is very large and heavy like belongs to a 400 lb man I am extremely happy with it and would buy again
